We monitor Rakuten promotions and send alerts to users regarding these deals. Our service helps you stay informed about the latest offers, but users should verify promotions directly on Rakuten's platform.

3. Affiliation Disclaimer

TrackRak operates independently and is not affiliated, associated, endorsed by, or in any way connected with Rakuten or its subsidiaries. Users should contact Rakuten directly for any issues related to their promotions or platform.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. Numbers displayed on TrackRak, including cashback percentages and offer amounts, may differ from those shown on Rakuten’s website or mobile app. Users acknowledge that reliance on any information is at their own risk. We are not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information or changes to deals or promotions on Rakuten’s platform. Users should always verify details directly with Rakuten before making purchasing decisions.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, users may be required to create an account. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifiers is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate deletion of all associated accounts. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities that occur under their account. Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and must notify us promptly of any changes to their account details.

6. Alerts

Our alert system sends notifications to users regarding Rakuten deals and promotions, including Smart Alerts™, which notify you when your selected parameters are met. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular deal or promotion, and users acknowledge that promotions may change or expire without notice. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the information provided in alerts and the actual terms of the deal on Rakuten’s platform. We recommend users verify the deal directly on Rakuten before proceeding.

7. Third-Party Service Changes and Interruptions

TrackRak relies on data, features, and access provided by third-party services, including Rakuten, to deliver alerts and related functionality. These third-party providers may change, restrict, limit, or discontinue features, data access, or technical behavior at any time without notice. When such changes occur, TrackRak may need to update or adjust its systems accordingly.

As a result, users may experience temporary service interruptions, delays, reduced functionality, or inaccuracies. These interruptions are an inherent part of services that depend on external platforms and should be expected with similar products.

TrackRak does not control and is not responsible for changes made by Rakuten or other third-party providers.

8. Third-Party Links & Ads

TrackRak may include links to third-party websites and ads. These are not under TrackRak’s control, and we are not responsible for them. Users engage with third-party links and ads at their own risk and should review the relevant terms and privacy policies before engaging. TrackRak is not responsible for any data collection, security practices, or other activities of third-party sites. TrackRak may receive compensation if users use some links on this website.

9. User Content

Users are responsible for the content they submit, post, or share on our website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of any user-generated content. Users agree not to post any illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Any disputes or issues arising from user content are the responsibility of the users, and TrackRak is not liable for any resulting damage or loss.

10. Release

By using TrackRak, you release TrackRak from any claims, disputes, or damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users or third-party ads, including personal injury, death, or property damage. If you are a California resident, you waive rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which would otherwise prevent the release of unknown claims.

11. Payment Terms

A. Fees
Our tracking and alert service offers the following subscription plans: FREE for one alert, $2.99/month for up to 5 alerts, and $6.99/month or $60/year for unlimited alerts. These plans and their features may change at any time. See the Plans page for more information.

B. Payment Processing
If we introduce fees for additional services, users will be required to provide valid payment information to access these features. By providing payment information, users authorize us to charge the applicable fees using the provided payment method.

C. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Users are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. If you cancel before the renewal date, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in the billing cycle, and you will lose access to your current alerts. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or mistaken charges.

D. Payment Security
We take the security of payment information seriously and use industry-standard encryption methods to protect sensitive data. However, users acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of payment information. Users should report any suspicious activity related to their account immediately.

E. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate any billing disputes promptly and work to resolve them according to these terms and conditions.

F. Taxes
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties related to their use of our services. It is the user’s responsibility to determine and comply with their tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

G. Changes to Payment Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update our payment terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrackRak, its affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. This limitation includes, without limitation, damages or losses arising from third-party service changes, interruptions, delays, or limitations as described in these terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
